Use them all the time, that speaks to the reliability of them. Office staff are helpful and prompt service.
However the coffee machine is something to be avoided ;-)

Turned up on time with the items I ordered.

Ordered, paid, it came and was the item I wanted. Not much choice to use the online service as they shut the shop in our city.

Ordered early for Xmas with one of their deals, from ordering to receiving all went well. The item came quickly and as described. Thanks for an efficient and painless buying experience. Will probably use again.

Absolute pleasure to order from, after payment to receipt of delivery confirmation it took minutes. Tucking into my foodstuffs next day.

Ordering is easy and quick but their Amazon shipping is a joke. I will not be renewing my PRIME as I now only order post slot size parcels because the delivery companies they choose fail 3/5 times. Sick of waiting in to only get a “sorry we can’t deliver today” email late in the afternoon. They won’t let us review publicly with any criticism of their service on amazon so here will have to do. Do as I have started to do and find the item on their site then go via the sellers own site (most have them or use google for item search) and purchase from them direct with different delivery company. If you see this review on many other sites is because I have had enough of Amazon not listening to the buyers. Hopefully potential buyers will read and take note.

I have not had to complain or claim on warranty, but i did have to purchase some replacement parts for my 2YO trampoline. It was easy to order, in stock, not too overpriced and importantly it was dispatched and arrived quickly. Have nothing to complain about.
