I think Trust pilot is awesome I use them before purchase him from New suppliers or buying products as they always give a good overview of the company you are dealing with

Had a problem with the Halo thermostat this was a replacement to one that was faulty a couple of months earlier ideal boilers sent out the technician who replaced the thermostat and took the old one away for testing and research fast friendly would highly recommend them as a company

Food was very nice but never use their WiFi. You have to enter you're email address and have been bombarded by spam marketing emails from all over the world ever since. Wont be using them again

Sizing inconsistency
Products are usually OK made but you'll find your a large in one item xl in another xxl in another really poor quality control on s9z9ng and sourcing won't be using them anymore too much trouble

Ripped me off their 200% brighter headlight bulbs both failed within 6 months they refused refund don't trust them don't use them will avoid using them ever again

Ordered a battery for a wedding shoot on the following week. First of all they despatchedvia dpd needing a pin number which they don't advertise. Supposed to be delivering Saturday Dpd never turned up and returned it back to them. Was promised they'd ensure it got to me on ups instead. I chased them on Friday to be told UPS never despatched it. Absolutely landed me in it and didnt keep their word. Nice people on the phone but avoid buying off them online they're rubbish at it Will never use again

Booked Asda Home delivery service to arrive on 1st day of arrival for holiday. Failed to deliver, did not come at booked time, all drivers just went home. Left our family and small child with nothing to eat or drink, so late that everywhere else is closed. Kept our GBP 240.00 2 week food budget for 5 days. 3 times their Indian call centre lied to us that the store manager had to respond within 24 hours. Will never use them again.

Ebay evri packlink hermes refuse to honour even when it's on their own tracking email to me. Mo the first times orders stollen by these bandits leaving me out of pocket Now closing account as they're terrible

Avoid, as soon as they get your email address, they bombard you with spam emails everyday which you can't unsubscribe from as the links are fake. They also change sender address so marking them as spam doesn't work either Only option is to close your email account to get rid of them. They should be closed down and fined. With regards to Temus response, the spam only started as soon as signing up to them, and only they had the email address, so their response is a load of rubbish. Check out other forums where many people have had the same issue with temus spam emails.
