Really, really prompt dispatch - I ordered at around 5.20pm as my hedge cutter bearing had just given up in spectacular style. On the page it said that orders processed in the next 11 minutes would receive same day dispatch, but I wasn't really expecting it based on experiences with other companies. However, the bearings arrived by 8.20am the following morning! I was able to refit and keep going without wasting a day of work. Absolutely top service!

Great experience! The order was delivered 2 working days after order and the delivery team were courteous and delivered the bed right to the bedroom, dead on time. The communication was great from both the courier and UK Bed Store and Jim gave me a call a couple of days later to make sure everything was fine - great customer service and a great experience at a great price - would thoroughly recommend!
