I have had the box installed for a few months now and I've been very impressed. It's very nicely designed with lots of small touches that show someone has thought about how it works. Like the top is slightly slanted to have the water run off. I’ve seen some cheaper models where you could fish the package out without much effort. I’m convinced the smart Parcel box is worth the extra.

Put a lot of orders into Vesternet always had a good experience. They on-line chat is very good, changing over to a e-mail response if they are busy.
