My items all arrived exactly when I was advised they would. Sadly 2 items arrived damaged (likely royal mail’s fault as the box was quite bashed). Items were well packaged, but didn’t stand a chance. Limited Abode handled my issue with speed, kindness and professionalism, and I am a very happy customer. Will buy from them again.

I have video footage of the Evri driver stealing from my home, and yet I cannot speak to anyone to give them the crime number and alert them to the behaviour of their staff member because everything is automated. You can chat to a bot online, or a recorded voice on the phone, and there is never an option to report a serious issue.
Dreadful con of a website. Hidden terms leaving your with expensive monthly direct debits from an intended one time purchase. Clearly make their money by scamming and tricking people

We are sorry to hear you feel the information about VIP membership was not clear enough. There are two ways of shopping on our website, as a regular customer and as a VIP member (by picking a promotion). I would like to inform you that as a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the Skip The Month button.
In our VIP subscription membership benefits include promotions, sale prices, and discounts on new collections. When members make a purchase, the shipping is free and you can always return or exchange your items for free as well. Every month we send members a Personalized Boutique and other bonuses.
I hope this has made our policy easier to understand.
Donna Hornby and Andrew Westersby have both been exceedingly helpful in resolving a headache of a situation with regard to our meter being confused with someone else's many years before we were dealing with NGP. The patience and determination of these two members of staff got everything resolved. Thank you!
