Was going to spend £500+ on a coffee machine

Was going to spend £500+ on a coffee machine (online order) and the £42 for membership. But my employment doesn't qualify! Although I got through to checkout and card details. It seems this is only open to professionals and government type jobs! Not for normal people to benefit. As the saying goes money goes to money! Absolutely disgusting company and attitude! So unless your a Dentist. Doctor, etc etc you can't join this Elite club lol the normal working classes are not include. Shame on you Costco, although I guess there is no shame.

Usually a great service, not this time!

Usually a great service. But very disappointing last order. I ordered two items which were stock items. Days later I was emailed twice saying they were not available so both refunded, eventually. How can they allow orders with both items not stating out of stock at the time and then tell me they are not in stock. They didn't even offer something as a consolation as a gesture like some others would. Not happy at all with lack of customer care. Not at all as good as my last review of them.

Terrible uncaring service

Terrible uncaring service. I had blood results come back and one test was high on collesterol. A surgury "pharmacyst" not a doctor would call me in two weeks, so not that urgent? Nobody called, I went to the surgery and told them, they said sorry they will put it back on again. I get a text to say they will call me in two weeks on 2nd Jan 2026! So again not urgent! I cancelled it and told them if its no urgency don't bother. Beacon medical just do not care! Doctors surgeries have never got out of covid mode.

Took 4 days after order to ship it

Took 4 days after order to ship it! Contrary to the shipping statement made before order "shipped if before 6pm" not 4 days later! Well packaged is a positive but won't be ordering from here again. Even when you email them with regards to your order, it is an AI email back! Ordered 4th arrived today 12th, so much for same day dispatch!

Left in unsafe place!

Terrible service.
My item was left by the front door which would have been on view of anybody walking up the pavement. And obviously it was as it was stolen!
The tracking stated left in an enclosed safe place! The, safe place is the, rear of the house where it can't be seen. The company I purchased from said they would raise it with Royal Mail. If you can get hold of anybody that is. I was left in a queue on the phone which said an answer in 40 minutes! Useless service, now I don't have my item.

Want to return an item but cannot get…

Want to return an item but cannot get access to return it using information requested! I have an order number etc but cannot start the return. Rediculous customer service that does not exist!

Terrible service and customer service. Had a notification of a parcel to be delivered by 3pm on Saturday 26th April, it never arrived. So hoping would be here Monday 28th but no! Not happy at all they allowed me to…

Not happy at all they allowed me to sign up, pay for a treatment and decided they would ask me after payment had been taken for Photo ID and Full length photo ID.
After 3 attempts the photo still wasn't adequate because the top I pulled in as tight as reasonably possible still wasn't good enough! Why couldn't this be done as part of the purchase process before in order everything is accepted beforehand? Refunded, will go elsewhere.

Booking was made fairly easy and Ricky was helpfull at getting the best for our requirements. Hopefully everything goes OK on the lead up to our trip to the Philippines and return. Will update.

Was very good apart from the £45…

Was very good apart from the £45 initial payment didn't seem to be taken into account on my payments. Had monthly payments illustrated but where did the £45 come from to sign up? In seeing my cost for the year, this seemed to be additional.so probably wasn't my cheapest option.

I'm sorry you feel that the initial £45 payment seemed unclear. The £45 payment was the deposit for the direct debit. We then send the amount quoted minus the payment made to our finance supplier to get a direct debit set up.

Still Useless

Yet another review of the Plymouth Marsh Mills KFC.
Got my order last night and was given 3 legs for my 3 piece meal. I called and asked why and they said "maybe it is all the server had at the time"! Quality standards are still useless there! I would sooner wait a little longer and have the correct mix. But no they want to just get it out not even caring about standards.i was told on the phone from the branch that I could just ask for a refund which I did. I try every so often to see if they have improved but every time
there is a reason to complain, hence another review. Via email before to the head office I was told that they would be checking the standards at the branch but they obviously didn't or they didn't listen!

Hard to get Pods for Virtuo

Review for Virtuo Machine.
I like the Nespresso brand and have had the older pod machine for a while though don't use as much since I got a Bean to cup machine. Nespresso for me was always next best to a Bean to cup since you could get pods in supermarkets as well and coffee is good. My low score now is for the Virtuo pods machine as they have barcode them and you can only get from Nespresso or Amazon etc and of course it is to read the information of the pod your using as to pod type and quantity of water to produce which is good of course. I won a Virtuo machine as a prize as for the reason above I would never buy one. The machine works well and makes a good coffee, but now I know why so many are selling them on as you can't easily get the pods. I want to go to a supermarket and get pods not have to order from Nespresso, Amazon or Ebay. They messed up big time here to try and stop others making pods for the machine like they do with the normal pods (why is that a problem?). If your going to get a Nespresso get the old style not Virtuo.

Bad support and updates…

Paid £2500 for my Gaming laptop (Asus ROG Strix Scar) in 2022 (warranty out 05/06/23) and since over a year have had no updates from Asus for the hardware with regards to Firmware updates etc. The Keystone stopped working after an update from the Armoury crate (took the rubbish off now) and dispite all avenues to fix and from a useless customer support which wanted me to send it to them for a repair! Rather than a method of elimination of send me a new Keystone to start off! I will not buy an Asus again due to lack of support. My HP Omen Gaming lapton which is a good few years old now is still supported with Firmware updates etc. Asus you are useless.
