We visited the store in Wednesbury West Midlands for the second time. Just before the lockdown we had refurnished our living room with your range or oak furniture. The quality has been good, one item had some natural movement and exposed a slight seam. On the whole the performance was good and we are happy. James Lynch was your representative during our visit, I liked the fact that he had said from the outset, take your time look at everything and when you need any help just call me. We spent 20 minutes looking at the current range of bed room furniture in the show room. Thanked James and told him we would be back. He was very polite and asked us if we wanted his number etc. if there were any questions.

4 days later we returned and placed our order with total confidence that we had all the details we needed from James and he proceeded to process the order. In the process we discussed the international costs of wood and inflation, I decided to place an extra order for The Hercules range as James had been very helpful, honest and easy to do business with. At the end of the day Our order including premium delivery - Furniture guard etc totaled appx > £4,000.00 GBP.

A win win situation for us both, and also a pleasure as an Ex European & Global Sales Director to do business with a helpful salesman who was informative and easy to do business with. Many thanks James,

The web site was clear and informative, the service was exactly as promised the products turned up on time and in great condition. Packing was very good overall well done I will order some more tings later this week. The advise help line was also extremely useful..
