Website was easy to use, the range of items stocked was extensive and the prices were the lowest I found. Delivery was slow by todays standards - 10 days - but really, does that matter!

This is the best method for returning something I have come across.

Order arrived in perfect condition and was brand new and unsealed. Best of all, the price was the lowest I had found.

It's probably me but I found the interface confused and not logical unlike the photo ai which is super easy.
I gave up on my first couple of attempts to use and will delay until I can spend time understanding the operation.

I had four new tyres fitted and the tracking adjusted as necessary. When I drove home the car felt like new! No vibration and no pulling left or right. Perfect.

The made from an offcut rug I ordered was perfect for my home cinema - super quality carpet nicely edged at a tiny price compared to buying the same carpet off the roll. Delivery was quick and the rug was well protected (took me a while to unwrap it!)

Some of my old digitised negative and positive images were slightly out of focus or blurred but were usually important memories.
Many of these are now restored to how they should have been. Best bit of software I've bought for years!

I found the redesigned website to be a massive improvement over the previous one. Much easier to decide what booking times are available and to be able to check on booking progress and make adjustments.

For some pictures the improvements is quite unbelievable. Some low resolution pictures taken on an early mobile phone looked almost like coming out of a modern day Pixel 6. Even some early 1900s photographs that had been scanned took on a new lease of life. However, the software is not always able to improve blurred or out-of-focus images to the level that I would use the results.
For those pictures that can be improved the software is worth every penny. The others I'll keep aside ready to try new versions of the software (the new Photo AI has already fixed quite a few of these).

P.S. Now, if only it could remove scratches!

What is there to say - ID Mobile just sits and waits for me to use it and, so far, is hasn't ever failed. As a result I haven't needed to ever contact support.
The price is low which is great.

Very well packed but delivery progress notifications were lacking.
