Understanding of why the ProVacuum was unsuitable for me to use and the readiness to offer a refund.

I agree with the many reports of the increased orders and costs. Unfortunately I ordered some socks from them some time ago, which took a long time to arrive and were the wrong size and more pairs than I ordered, but they had my credit cards details.
I had recently been sent an SMS for some sale price items and was just browsing to see what was available. Next thing I knew I received an email to said my order had been received. I did not order and I did not give any payment details, so my credit card was illegally debited without my authorisation.

I have no problem with the product I ordered; I’m very happy with it. However, apart from the initial information that it had been dispatched, which came soon after ordering with a tracking number, I had no idea where my parcel was. Each time I attempted to track it, I was taken to a page all written in Chinese with no indication how to turn it into English. The date I was told to expect it by, came and went, still with no further information. I had no information from the company to tell me when to expect delivery except for the initial dispatch notice.

The merchandise was ordered and confirmed on 6th July and as yet I have not received and notification that it has even been dispatched, whereas items ordered on the same day but from another source, have already been delivered.
