Awful Awful Awful. Would never use this company ever again nor would i recommend them. Absolute rip off! Ordered the Wild and Wonderful Bouquet in a medium size and what was received was a small sparse bunch with missing flowers and the pink roses were old and withered. Nothing like the photo on their website. I've seen better flowers at a petrol station for half the price!

The customer service was diabolical and after many emails and attempts to resolve the matter, in the end was only offered another bouquet. What makes this company so bad is that they kept making things so difficult by requesting more photo's (birds eye view) from me. I was unable to send numerous photo's as the flowers were a gift to an aunt who had a hysterectomy and therefore was unable to leave her bed to stand to take more photo's. The photo sent was more than satisfactory. Ridiculous!
For this situation, knowing my aunt is unable to take in more flowers (due to her personal circumstances), a partial refund would have at least been more appropriate but all that was offered after a long tiring battle with them was another rubbish bunch of flowers from this company which we do not need or want.
This company is nothing but greedy soulless heartless corporate rats!

The reason for my 1 star rating is because i really dislike the majority of the products from Nip and Fad. Yup you read that correct... Not fab whatsoever! I tried contacting customer services through their online chat bot but i was unable to resolve anything due to it being over the 14 day return window. What annoys me more is there is no 1 star reviews on their website which leads me to believe that they do not show any reviews below a 4 star on their products. I'm so sick of seeing this over-rated company everywhere on social media which is heavily marketed through using influencers and the like. Infuriates me to be honest. The cleansing balm and the hyaluronic acid spf moisturiser both stung my eyes and i didn't notice any difference when using these products. I really don't understand the hype. I don't recommend this company and the products are underwhelming to say the least. Save your money because there are better, more reliable skin products out there which are probably cheaper too

Definitely a scam! Purchased a Rotary ladies watch and have been waiting well over a month and it still hasn't been shipped. I have sent countless emails and whatsapp msgs to the company and no response. I am now considering legal action. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful company and product. Product didn't do as promised. It didn't conceal whatsover. It also was very mattifying meaning zero glow or sheen. I think the product actually came from China. Tried to email customer services to return item and cancel my second order (in a darker shade) but they never seem to respond. Do not buy into the marketing for this product. AVOID!!!

Awful experience. Never received my refund even though the restaurant approved of it. There's no customer service number or email so I can't get intouch. Will be deleting the app and never use again. Don't recommend Just Eat. Lost my refund money of about £40. Either the restaurant kept my money or Just Eat did. No idea. Will never know.

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans as seen on Instagram. Cheap fabric and didn't fit (too large). You only have 7 days to return which I did and still have not received my full refund. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Probably not sustainable for the environment either.

Absolute murder trying to return a floor length mirror! Emailed them many times but they keep trying to avoid assisting me in Returns. They had the cheek to offer me an exchange for something else and when I refused and insisted on a full refund, they told me to return it to their address which they included with no instructions. I checked their website with very little information on Returns and mentioned items must returned using a tracked and insured courier. So I've spent day's stressed out trying to arrange a courier and in the end having to pay a courier I found on shiply £57 just to send it back. Nightmare! No thanks to you Homes 'NOT' Direct 365 Zero Help!!! Shopped here once before and it was a good experience.... BUT god forbid you have to return anything it is not worth the hassle. Wont be using this company ever again. Stick to a company which offer free easy returns.

I gave 2 stars as I would never use this company again. Extremely expensive and no returns. No customer helpline number or email. Not always reliable for delivery. The upside is friendly drivers and only worth using in emergency due to price. Overall, don't waste your money!

Way over priced for what it's worth. Quality is nothing special. Fabric is standard. Nothing to write home about. Very disappointed, zero breast support - poor fitting/no support in the sports bra's/tops. Leggings standard quality. (Utility Leggings) costing £89! for a non member, for a member these leggings are still a whopping £60! Fast fashion at a high price! No idea what the hype is all about! Quite hard to cancel membership (done by phone only). In failing to do so then you get £40 taken from your account monthly. My first order was 8 items and all had to be returned due to poor fitting. So costly for each item. This company are a rip off. Your paying for the name (which is celebrity endorsed) and not to mention the amount of girls promoting this company all over social media (YouTube and Instagram)!! Tried and tested, not for me sorry.
