I purchased a funny picture of Mona Lisa holding her nose (it is supposed to be fitted in a toilet), after much emailing to this company, and given updates as to where and when my parcel would be delivered (took over a month to get to the UK allegedly). Then it was allegedly stuck in a warehouse in Oxford, when I asked who the UK carrier would be, I was sent an updated email stating that the post office could not deliver as no one at home, I am at home 27/7 due to retirement. They did email back saying that if I paid again, including postage they would send another. Total scam. I did reply asking for a phone number, address of their company etc to no avail. Does anyone know of any real contact details.

I have bought produce from this wonderful company for the last 12 months. The quality of products and packaging were outstanding. I was surprised to be given delivery dates, which were delivered exactly as ordered. I read with dismay at disgruntled customers, but on quite a few deliveries now I have nothing but praise. 10/10 from myself and family. We intend to continue our regular orders.

I had a speedy response when initially opening my insurance account, but when I changed my number plate I was kept on hold for over an hour on their’live chat’, even though it stated ‘usually answered with a few minutes’. It wasn’t until I said I wish to make a complaint that a human popped up. He was very helpful indeed, but the chatbot needs a kick to speed it up. Very disappointed.

I was advised by a friend to purchase a garden shed from Viking as he had previously had one which he said was perfect. So I did, I bought one in 2021 for over a £1k it’s dropping apart useless. But the quality of viking sheds can be seen in the high standard of both workmanship and also quality materials. I paid for erection of the shed and they arrived as planned and fitted within the hour. I would recommend to anyone, by the way it was much cheaper than my £1000 shed at £750. 5 stars from me.

I was kept informed of expected delivery times (never late, and the same guy on 4 occasions). The delivery driver was very respectful to both myself and with regards to my deliveries.

No problems whatsoever with Hermes, the parcel arrived intact with no signs of damage, The driver was very courteous and polite. I have had many many parcels delivered via Hermes in the past and I have always had the same 1st class treatment.
