am very unhappy i have done many surveys and many more just waste my time with the same questions over and over then say it not one for me, also when i had 844 points i cashed them in it was only £6.40 which i was to get on 6th i still have not received it very bad service.

Thank you for your review.
The current social distancing measures we have taken combined with the increase in orders has led to an increase in our usual response time to all customer service inquiries.
We are contracting more and more extra staff every week to aid our customer service team as we agree that the current situation is far from acceptable but our team are doing everything they can to ensure that all queries are responded to.
Our warehouse is now 24 hour and changes are being continually implemented so we can keep up with demand.
