No delivery appalling lack of communication

Ordered a Christmas hamper on 2nd December for delivery on 22nd December. Had multiple messages from DHL - saying couldn’t deliver. Tried to contact them and Snowdonia Cheese multiple times over 3 days by email and phone - no response. It’s now 27th December still no hamper. Paid £101 for hamper and delivery. Frustrated, annoyed, spoiled Christmas - never again

Dead flowers for £26 - dreadful

Ordered flowers almost 3 weeks ago for delivery yesterday. When they arrived they were flat, floppy, droopy and almost dead. £26 for dead flowers, totally unacceptable. I have already contacted customer services with complaint and photograph.
We put them in water, hoping they would perk up overnight- no, just the same
Rubbish, straight in the bin now.

Offensively loud music in store

We went into 2 Superdry stores but were unable to look around properly because the music in store was so loud it was painful. For the employees, it must be dreadful and contrary to Health and Safety legislation. I will certainly not be going into one of these stores again.
A very unpleasant shopping experience irrespective of the product - I eventually ordered on line but only because I knew exactly what I wanted, I will probably never buy from Superdry again
