I’m not one to give a bad review however I’m extremely disappointed by the company and won’t be ordering from them again or recommending to anyone. I made an order on the 22/09/2023 to which they took the payment before the order had even been dispatched - which goes against their website policy - to then be told the product was out of stock? Why take the payment or even have the product online stating that it’s available if it isn’t? The product I ordered was supposed to be a birthday present and I’m yet to be refunded and it’s already been over 7 days. Again with the website stating 5 days for the refund to be returned into my account. Where is my money? Communication has been poor and my question about being refunded has been completely disregarded. I honestly wish I’d taken the time to read reviews about the website before ordering. Horrendous. Save your money and don’t bother ordering from here! Where is my refund VeryNeko?!?!?

Delivery was on time, package was in great condition and delivery driver was friendly and chatty which was pleasant and made a difference to my day. Thank you.

First experience having a delivery via Tuffnells - excellent customer service ensuring seven large parcels were handled with care and delivered safely to my door. The two gentlemen who delivered my parcels honestly deserve a pay rise. Absolutely brilliant (just a shame I couldn’t catch their names as they are the ones that really deserve the 5 stars).
