Absolutely appalling customer service, an item I purchased is faulty the customer service team is not interested in my circumstances and why it will be difficult to return the said item. I have been told to buy a box to return it, due to the fact that the packaging had been ripped up and placed in the recycling. I had asked to speak to a manager but was told that they would say the same as herself so I shall never purchase anything from House of Fraser ever again as there are many other stores that appreciate their customers and they are the stores that we should patronise. I feel that customer service such as I have received is one of the reasons some stores are failing and result in closing of business
