prime is a joke if your in Ireland, its more like next month with them, never delivery on time or when they say its due today, but in fact it never comes, I have cameras at my house as proof that no one has come near my door all day & I outside the house too. Appalling customer services not one UK or IRE person to chat to, all florigens who have no clue, can bearly understand English! No empathy. Charged me twice from prime after I cancelled & lied to me about it!

Appauling services and pretent to attempt a delivery and then they never do, Have cameras at my house and was in my house all day and then said on tracking cannot get customer, pure lies and scams out of them. They do what they want and don't deliver, put their own answers to handheld scanner and say attempted delivery no one came to my home but in fact never came near my house fullstop. took aload of money to fell a tree and left my garden in a mess and destroyed my tree beside the main tree to be cut. I told them not to cut my tree beside the main tree but they chopped it down and left me with massive big stumps and told me they don't do landscaping full stop, never got in touch about landscaping. more money out of cutting my tree than landscape so they ignored me.
I had a healthy tree beside the one to be felled and they cut the healthy tree away that without my permission. Spend 2 hour looking at it and never asked me about the healthy tree, just cut it! One are I rated but it’s coming up as three. Stay away from them they destroyed my garden and left in a mess.

bought this hotpoint which I am so sorry I did in June 2023, machines lasted till December 2024. What a problem it is for someone to take responsibility to fix it! Booking repair on line is scam, you cannot book a repair on line. It's all one big con faulty goods and no come back! Machine has ran faults allot I should have Melia washing machine.

serious complaint about DPD drivers you are using in Ireland for the last leg of the journey, they haven not been delivering goods properly to me they are throwing goods at the front door. I have addressed this with DPD also today and several other times. DPD are doing nothing about this matter, they don't care as last year they broke 6 bottles of wine sent to me and they never compensated a cent, the company lost the value twice.

DPD they are just throwing goods at door and not putting inside a patio or letter box, the item delivered today was small enough to fit in the letter box folded

I paid €110 for a jacket with you last week and DPD threw them at my door with no shelter near my door or bush and NO care and my patio was left open. I had told DPD instructed them that they leave the goods in patio but they don't they toss it at front of my drive in a Storm Daragh and going on.

Today's experience was all of sudden I got an email and

I was shown a picture of the item delivered today at the outside the patio door and when I went out it was gone blown off with Storm Daragh so now I have to roam the estate to find my goods blown off.

I am at the loss of the goods now! and money!
You can see where he threw the item but when I went out it was blown off, as this item was a t-shirt and it was very light package. Also he never knocked at my door just left it on the street.

I have had this issue with them in the past but today just beyond a joke, you'll end up paying for goods not been delivered in-properly delivered without care and you'll end paying for goods missing or lost, I am recommending you stop using them ie DPD.

You can see in the image below how he left it but bear in mind its storm Daragh is over the country and I live by the sea so the when I went out the parcel was gone. I now have to go outside in my estate and look for it in the wind and rain.

I have bought loads of stuff but no experience is the same with them, getting a refund is a nightmare unless you do it properly through their link. I never have the same experience twice with them, its like they don't care. I love their clothes but sometimes can be hard to chat to them. When you order you get a DHL fake shipping number. I then have to follow them for a real tracking number. When I get it then its is not in transit its a pre-advised way bill from DPD so its not been shipped really. I really can't understand why they don't get it together and tell me the proper information at the time.

worst company in Ireland and the most rudest staff in Knockcarra Galway, they were arrogant & unhelpful and just look at when you enter store with no acknowledgment! Boots have all my points and will not pay out, another scam by them! Worst UK company ever, over priced fleeced if you use the pharmacy end.
