Failed deliveries and no one to speak to
After a fantastic sales experience, everything has gone wrong with delivery. Delivery arrived as scheduled but driver refused to deliver as ‘unsafe' - no idea why, and strange given that the Wren surveyor visited our property and identified no issues.
Today, 19 March, and a week on from the failed delivery, and with a list of 11 Wren staff names who all promised to call me back, and to get the ‘redelivery team’ to call me back - no one has, and I still have no kitchen delivery.
Now exploring cancellation and compensation - but all I really want is a prompt delivery date for the kitchen we picked, and for the carpenter I have onsite (costing me money) to fit.
So disappointed that the care and service we experienced at point of sale has disappeared at the first problem since paying our money.
