I purchased a newspaper for my dad for his 70th. He is a retired newspaper editor so felt this was very suited! He absolutely loved it - even recognised some of the reporters. Amazing condition too. Would definitely recommend.

Usually I have a positive experience with Next, but this one unfortunately, was not. I collected briefs from Click and Collect from my local store, brought them home and opened to find the underwear had been worn and was clearly stained. I contacted customer service and was sent a generic ‘apologies for your faulty item’ response and refunded. I felt this wasn’t right or fair given the situation. Nothing was mentioned about quality service levels until I sent a further two emails asking for a clearer response on this rather than a ‘copy and paste’ response. They have since offered me a £10 voucher, just to clarify.

Excellent selection of covers, lots of funky designs and fair pricing compared to competitors. Very quick delivery and the cover looks brilliant, love it.
I usually buy all my favourite beauty things from here and have done for a while. It’s always excellent service, quick delivery, brill range of products, however, I received above expectation help from Delilah today after my package arrived damaged (courier’s fault sadly). Mistakes are inevitable but how they are managed usually shows how good a company’s customer service is. Delilah was very quick to respond, polite and resolved within minutes. Used Eurofins for a day 2 pcr after returning from Tenerife. It was very clear and straight forward to purchase, do the test on site, then receive results via the app (in under 12 hours!). Would definitely recommend and will use again if needs be in the future. Thank you!
Beware of Eve mattresses. I’m saddened to write this as when I initially bought my mattress, I loved it. So much so, I recommended to several friends, who went on to purchase as well. I even purchased the cot mattresses for my children. Three years later and the mattress is uneven, causing both my husband and I back pain. This is despite following the guidance to rotate. With the 10 year guarantee, we explained our situation with Eve, who (after a lot of jumping through hoops), sent out an independent inspector, who ruled out our case as the criteria for a replacement didn’t meet the standards. It’s 100% flawed - just not enough to meet, in our opinion, their very high standards. Please think twice about this. It’s not worth the money for only 3 years - their marketing has a lot to answer for.

Firstly, we're sorry it felt like jumping through hoops for your warranty claim. We can assure you this certainly wasn't our intention. We're always working to simplify the warranty process while ensuring we receive the required information to quickly take action on customer concerns.
Comfort is such a personal topic. So we 100% appreciate that you may feel the mattress is less supportive, even though as you mention, the independent inspector concluded your eve mattress was not faulty under the 10 year warranty. It is normal for any mattress to lose some firmness over time, but that shouldn't impact the overall support provided.
We can see our customer experience team has confirmed to you via email that if in 6 months time, you believe there is still a problem or the situation has worsened with your eve mattress, we'll cover the costs to conduct a new mattress inspection.
Bought the tubby sofa for my little boy’s playroom. Fits perfectly and is comfy. Reasonably priced, well made and quick delivery. Would recommend. Thank you Made.
