Well packed and received information of all stages of the shipment to me. Unfortunately they put the wrong address in, number 16 instead of 14. Luckily I have good neighbours an that was the only mistake.
The support ticket sort of tried to help but didn't recognise the error which is a bit annoying.

I've ordered a few things over the years (lost count) and this was the first mistake so If asked I will still recommend CEX.

Navigation on the website is easy, the products contain a lot of useful information, including links to the manuals so that you can confirm that it is fit for purpose before hand.
Delivery was quick and a reasonable price (I didn't reach the free shipment threshold but it is available)
Everything arrived nicely packed without any plastic which is always nice to see.
It is my go to place for z-wave devices :)

Starting with the bad, the instructions for the installation of electric blinds were very bad...
After we understood with try and error on how to install it... it is working very well, we have been using it for 1 month now, still with plenty of battery left (should last 4 months with 1 opening and 1 closing per day).
The instruction on how to set up the remote and app were good and easy to follow.
The app is simple and clear to use, and the remote is really good for the price (considering buying a second one for the visitors room).
For those who use home assistant, it is easily paired using the "Motion Blinds" integration, it gives you a bit more information on the battery level and radio signal than the Bloc Blinds app.

The size of the blinds was correct, the colours are good and so is the blackout material.

Would probably buy again, now that we know how to install.

I bought online to pick up at the store.
It was a Class A mouse and it really was, everything was immaculate. Staff was eficient and polite. I received the invoice in my email.

I bought multiple things on CEX over the years and I will continue to do so.

During this lockdown I used their online store.
Everything was shipped very quickly, very well packaged and the quality of the items is very good.
I will definitely buy again from this shop.

Another order at CEX that went as expected, all ok!

Bought a Bridge camera Class A, came in a correctly packaged brown box, inside it had the original packaging with all the acessories and the user manual.
It arrived in 2 working days after the order was done, tracked and signed.

Not my first order online with CEX and definitely is not going to be the last.

My first buy of a smartphone and all went well, the product was Class B and it was in very good condition.
Came well packed, tight and with good level of foam.
It took around 3/4 business days to be delivered.
This was my third buy on CEX online and It will not be the last :)
