I have already use edibles from this company, now I am using their soothing cbd cream. Happy with both product. The cream is especially great before doing stretches for my aching shoulders. I wish the soothing effect would be longer, but maybe I should use it more often than the recommended 3 times daily.

Needed a certain product in a hurry (not available in Ireland, because it is an excellent one and sells out fast). Ordering it was easy and fast, but the delivery charges (then the custom fee) was really punitive. I know I can't fault the company for that, but it was really a large sums of money paid for a product I paid a few pounds for.

It arrived fast, and I could use it to finish the order I was working on, but next time I will try to source it another way.

But the bottom line is: the company was easy to deal with and delivery was fast.

Fake website, advertising the supposedly Irish company with a typical German town's picture... The sweaters are not even knitted in the Irish style. Avoid.

Annoyed! To release my package which I ordered as a private individual, they demand 3 different kinds of paperwork: commercial invoice from the seller (the detailed one I provided was not enough), they want an EORI number (but why would I need one, I am not an importer...), and a letter giving them power of attorney so they can deal with Customs in my name?! All this for 38 euro worth of kitchen utensil. AND a charge for storing my package. Ridiculous. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Oh, and they leave messages barely audible, and you can't call back the person who contacted you because they use 'Private Numbers'.

P.S.: After several attempts to clear up the matter, I got frustrated and told them to send back the package. As it turned out they contacted the seller, without me knowing, and got the document they asked for. I have got the all-clear, paid the custom charges and now I am awaiting for delivery. Fingers crossed! But I won't change the 1-star rating.

They try to hide their scam behind all kind of excuses, name changes, management changes etc but don't be fooled as I was. Ordered 2 necklaces in April, one for a milestone birthday... still waiting for them to arrive. They said it is a special design, and they donate money to Focus Ireland if you buy one. Their advert came up on Instagram. Long wait, no necklaces... Excuses, one after another, emails, in the meantime still no sign of the necklaces. No clear explanation for delay. Family business, my eye, family of scam artists more like it. Very disappointed!
