After posting a very good review when we had good help from Dylan Tembe yesterday, I then found the original voucher and realised we had used £39 of the £49 paid originally. After contacting customer services again, I was told the voucher had been entirely used. I argued that £10 was still on the card but they are insistant it only has 1 use. This is a complete rip off. The actual meal experience is £25.50 if booked direct. The experience is still costing £39 on their website. Activity Superstore kept the whole £49. Nothing super about that. Will never never use again. Nothing on the voucher to say its single use. Surely a breech of Trades Description?

I really wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering. I sent my sister a medium bouquet which cost £24.99. She got 2 roses, 2 carnations, 2 small sprays of button chrysants and a small alstroemeria which never bloomed. I complained and had lots of apologies but no action as I was "chatting" with an AI chatbot. I sent photos and "kylie" told me the florist manager was happy with what Id got. Well, neither my sister or myself was impressed so my advice is: don't touch use this company and don't try to talk to them. You'll probably get "Kylie".

I ordered as usual and then realised i was charged even though i am 69 and have free meds. It took a very long time to speak to someone who admitted the error and refunded my card. I took my card, which had expired anyway, off my account. I ordered further meds, all looked fine and then i had an email refusing to process the order because i had removed the card and i owed almost £30 for 3 items. I have switched to a local pharmacy and told my GP pharmacy what happened. Very poor indeed. And a waste of my time which i resent.

Usually very pleased with the clothes but the 3/4 trousers looked nothing like the photos and were very wide and baggy instead of having narrow legs. Disappointed but very easy to return as usual.

Cotton is labelled acrylic. Neck so small I couldn't get my head trough. Cashmere isnt labelled but definitely not acrylic. XL is half the size of L! And they wont take back or refund because they were sale items. Tommyrot. This is a big scam. Nancy London UK is a Hong Kong company who should not be allowed to advertise or trade. Disgusting.

Absolutely dreadful service from a major company..they really dont want to pay out when you need to cash in a policy. I have so far spent almost 2 hours waiting to speak to someone. According to the letter they sent me, this is the easiest way to get in touch. What a joke. I have now sent an email and written a letter. Maybe in 6 months or so i will retrieve my own money.

Very happy with The Old School House Pooley Bridge. Welcoming and cosy. Though when I phoned beforehand to check about wifi connection and heating as it suddenly got much colder, the lady at Holiday Cottages didnt know those details. This was worrying but it turns out there was Wifi, excellent coverage and an automatic and very efficient heating system. Perhaps this could be made clear on future confirmations. Thank you.
