The service provided by Aisha Mohomade my Conveyancer was excellent from start to finish. Aisha always returned phone calls and emails promptly. Aisha was polite and friendly and always took the time to make sure I understood the process and answered any questions I had. Aisha understood I had a deadline to meet as I had been let down by a previous firm. Aisha went above and beyond to meet the deadline with 11 days to go. Thank you Aisha.

Appointed September 2025. Here we are February 2026 and still no further on than when we started. Staff are rude Jacob Loveless team have no knowledge, do not return calls or respond to emails and cannot answer simple questions. Avoid at all costs. Found out they have now been closed down by the SRA. Luckily we had not parted with any money just a lot of time wasted to have to start again.

Excellent customer service from David. Helped me out when our original tradesman let us down. Gave great information and advice and put us in contact with someone who could help fix our problem.
