Please whatever you do, do not purchase anything from Very Neko.
They have had my money for a £50 denim jacket from October last year.
It still says processing on their website.
I have had to message them over 12 times, each time to be fobbed off with, "we're passing this on", "we'll let the courier know" and a multitude of other excuses.
They clearly have no intention of refunding me and I've been scammed. The item still says despatches in two days on their website, so they will still take peoples money.

Great products and speedy delivery from beauty bau. Marked down one star due to Hermes ignoring delivery instruction and dropping parcels behind our back of house gate which is high. This was a problem as our parcels were eyeshadow palettes and hand mirror.
