My washing machine is not working properly, I have tried to book an appointment for an engineer to come out to fix it by ringing knowhow I have a care plan for it, but all the same man who I keep getting through too is saying the same thing, my repair and support plan reference is not want he needs? It all I have on the paperwork 🙈 I have nothing else, and the man keeps saying that curry's site is down?
I am not very happy with the support I have been given 😠

It is brilliant to use will definitely be using this way to return parcels in the future

Took my mum down to Meadowhall Marks and Spencer today, to get mum measured for some underwear, No Appointments until Tuesday what is that all about yes it's the School Holidays, come on Management get your bleeps into gear and get more staff trained up for the school holidays because now I have to waited until Tuesday to take my 83 year old mum back down again to get measured because you have No STAFF TO MEASURE UNTIL TUESDAY!!!

Lots of queues no staff 🤔
Management need to sort this out it is the holidays, get more staff?
There are young people who want to work, start advertising for staff!!!
This happens every time the children are off school

My washing machine is broken just phone up team knowhow spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, but and it is a big but I now have to wait 13 days for an engineer to come and look at it, what kind of service is that, I pay to have it mended so why am I waiting soo longer for them to come out?
