Bought a spare wheel kit that didn’t fit my car, didn’t open, sent back in original packaging, been received but 4 months later I have had no refund! Phone is never answered!!!! Avoid!!!!

Paid £60 for headphones that never arrived, no customer service, just avoid!!!!

Used on a brand new focus diesel, gave good power and economy gains but after 3 months the car kept going into limp mode. When the box was off the car drove perfect. Switched to a Mercedes 250cdi low miles with full history and it did the exact same. TDI tuning did reprogram the box several times and even sent me a new one but the car continued to go into limp mode. Then the turbo pressure sensor failed and my mechanic said to keep the box off. So after £250 in diagnostics and fixing ive sold the box and was not offered any compensation from TDI Tuning. I think a remap is the safest option, these boxes are generic and each engine has a character of its own so won’t respond the same as another. Not worth trauma!!!
