Previous order of 4 Established healthy Jasmine plants arrived last week. Smaller than expected from listing but goid quality. Therefore I placed a repeat order due to overall satisfaction.
Order number above corresponds to the repeat order.
4 eastablished healthy Jasmine plants at cost of £28. 4×£7.
Order arrived Saturday. Upon opening dried soil mulch spilled everywhere, previous order in well watered soil not this messy mulch.
The 4 plants are awful. So small split & eaten rotten leaves with one or two small shoots sticking up. Absolutely nothing like previous plants. Unacceotable quality & certainly not for price paid.
I contacted customer service & supplied photo's to support my total dissapointment.
Agent Janine replied next day informing me i cannot expect uniformed pkants i should plant them out & they will pick up 😱😱
I have telephoned today spoken with another agent who says return them Royal Mail 2nd class.. i have explained my frustration, the fact i am elderley and will now need to travel into town & queue for at least 45 mins in post office. According to Josie the plants will pick up was the response. I buy online so as not to travel to town. Equally i asked wouls she be happy paying £7 for a sprout when sold as established plant.
Got absolutely nowhere. J. Parker guarentee means nothing.
