Previous order of 4 Established healthy Jasmine plants arrived last week. Smaller than expected from listing but goid quality. Therefore I placed a repeat order due to overall satisfaction.
Order number above corresponds to the repeat order.
4 eastablished healthy Jasmine plants at cost of £28. 4×£7.
Order arrived Saturday. Upon opening dried soil mulch spilled everywhere, previous order in well watered soil not this messy mulch.
The 4 plants are awful. So small split & eaten rotten leaves with one or two small shoots sticking up. Absolutely nothing like previous plants. Unacceotable quality & certainly not for price paid.

I contacted customer service & supplied photo's to support my total dissapointment.
Agent Janine replied next day informing me i cannot expect uniformed pkants i should plant them out & they will pick up 😱😱
I have telephoned today spoken with another agent who says return them Royal Mail 2nd class.. i have explained my frustration, the fact i am elderley and will now need to travel into town & queue for at least 45 mins in post office. According to Josie the plants will pick up was the response. I buy online so as not to travel to town. Equally i asked wouls she be happy paying £7 for a sprout when sold as established plant.

Got absolutely nowhere. J. Parker guarentee means nothing.

Not impressed with 1st order & customer service. Cancelled

Signed up yesterday & placed 1st order. Noticed 50% discount offer for first order. Website says you can add to order until 9pm. I added twice more, selection of goods. Offer includes welcome pack.

This morning looking forward to good arriving i was dissapointed that milk ordered were missing & welcome pack is a card saying welcome? Upon checking my bank to 2 orders added were charged seperately at full price.
Contacted customer service overseas centre explained milk missing & charged full, held on for 22minutes then transferred to another operator who simply said milk out of stock. No notifacation & showing on order as delivered.
Customer service absolutely appalling.
Cancelled account immediately.

Order no given is for original order. When i added items it then made 2 more orders. Given for authenticity being a genuine review

BEWARE !!!! GOODS NOT SENT

Purchased fragrance, 2 weeks later email with the item damaged at warehouse story!
Replace with alternative or refund.
Emailed for refund , no reply. . Called , on hold for 50 mins & told refund issued.
Waited for refund, not in bank. After reading other reviews yesterday ( how i wish i had prior to purchase) called again 40 mins on hold. Told refund issued so take it up with bank.
I explained some reviews voice refund does not arrive 🤷🏻‍♀️ again told, well open a dispute with your bank.
Given a refund ref which my bank confirmed this morning is non genuine.
Im sure i will have response to this asking me to reach out. I have.
Money taken for non existant items they do not have.

Parcel arrived this morning 😡😡

Parcel arrived this morning. Home cleansing set.. Terribly dissapointing. .
Arrived in padded envelope
Sage smudge stick =MISSING.
Shell =damaged chunk broken off.
Bag of grounding crystals = bottom bag split, crystals fell out.
Paleo wood= split with loose shards.
Have emailed directly, contact form on website, tik tok, facebook with photographic proof.
NO RESPONSE.
Same day dispatch meaning someone is able to have seen my desperate communication but are choosing to ignore.
Bought as a gift for my Son's Birthday Wednesday.
Am truly furious,
BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give a - zero i would. Website states ready in 24 hours!! Hence purchasing with them.
2 weeks later & no updates on tracking at all. After chasing them i am informed it is shipped from Germany!!. Eventually arrives and certainly not worth the wait 😞 Terrible quality, large canvas mis aligned & printed with no care, no edit. Printed with row of negative size pics from fone along bottom on both large canvas. Truly awful. Upsetting. Cushion also purchased was ok picture correctly cropped.
Emailed with my complaint, after sales care as dreadful as my prints!! 30% discount offer for a future print.
Hard lesson learned using this company. Should have read reviews prior to choosing this lot.


Following my picture reply. .Interesting they actually apologised. Publicly apologised in response to my honest review. Would have meant so much more should they have chosen to genuinely apologise in any of the numerous emails i sent regarding poor quality.
Emails they have sent to rectify thus mess simply state" it is our right to have 2 attempts more to reprint before we consider a refund". . . No words!!!!
Utter dissapointment & distress. Be warned
