I have been booking tours through Vacationstogo.com for over 10 years. I have had wonderful experiences and great customer service.

Disappointment in this company. Booked and played in full for a tour. Unfortunately a hurricane came about 3 weeks prior to the tour, that resulted in minor issues, 1 of them a medical issue for a loved one, that resulted in me not being able to leave for the scheduled tour. My travel agent contacted them to change my travel date, because I still wanted to do the tour. Cosmos was not willing to change the date.

Extremely bad customer service on several occasions. Given incorrect information on flight and baggage details. Everytime I contacted customer service I was repeatedly transferred to multiple different people and still ended up not getting correct information. Save yourself the time and money, just go with any other company for your travel needs.
