A big thank you to Tony and the team at the Bristol branch. I travelled from the Midlands to view the car and even though the branch was very busy, Tony took the time to allow me to make a decision and I did not feel pressured.

The finance expert (sorry. I could not remember his name) was very professional and made the process extremely simple. He too was very busy but he took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the process.

My Autistic child struggled to leave their room, let alone the house. The world can be a scary place. We were accepted on to the programme for an assistance dog and our whole lives have been transformed. Our Child goes out, meets friends and is attending college, all things that we thought would never happen before the dog came in to our lives. The dog is trained in a variety of skills ranging from being a steady companion while in shops to interrupting self harm.

The Autism Dogs team are all caring, understanding to the needs of the whole family, and have helped me with understanding Autism.

Heading off on a.200 Mile journey and the car has a flat. Space saver on and head of to find somewhere. Mr tyre was open and was able to fix tyre. They fitted wheel back on and even repacked boot.

The team from Plum-Uk were awesome when installing our new combi boiler. They had to overcome a number of challenges due to the existing installation and age of the house, which they did this while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, keeping us informed of their progress though out.

We are now enjoying a fully functioning system and will be looking forward to welcoming them back for annual maintenance.

I needed to carry out an amendment to my account with EDF energy. I decided to use the online chat option while logged into the account. I had a response from Bijeta with in one minute, who put me at ease and i knew that this was not a 'Robot'.
