I am giving 4/5 due to customer service…

I am giving 4/5 due to customer service and choice of frames at Asda Tamworth. However for quality of varifocals I would give 2/5. There is a reason the price is so good. If you have a strong eye prescription then the basic varifocals offered may not be for you . I myself found there was a large difference in the vision with the basic varifocals which led to constant headaches and the feeling the vision was just not right . I returned to the store who were very good and it was determined I would need the premium varifocals which can still be a cheaper experience than most opticians. This saying you get what you pay for certainly counts in this situation . However the store did everything they could to try and rectify my issue and would still recommend if your script is not complex . Just consider if you would need premium varifocals . I was refunded the cost of my glasses as did not want to take the chance of having the premium varifocals being done and still not right . The premium varifocals are around £190 extra on top of the glasses you choose so average price around £270 which is still cost effective in comparison to other opticians

Had an amazing hen do in Benidorm for…

Had an amazing hen do in Benidorm for my daughter . Everything we booked went smoothly . No issues at all . The bar crawl was fun and the people organising it were hard working . Correspondence was very good always quick response to queries . Would definitely use again

Will never order again from this…

Will never order again from this company . Ordered bedding pillows and small cushions . Everything has arrived at different times . Still missing pillows tried to cancel order when realised the pillows would take 4 weeks to come to be told had been delivered . But have not . Now having to put a dispute with credit card company regarding this .

We have recently implemented a new warehouse management system and have unfortunately experienced some technical issues in the process. As a result of this we're sorry to advise that some orders have been delayed.

Only giving this 2 star because I like…

Only giving this 2 star because I like the colour . We bought gauzy white . Already had pale colour on wall . Done 3 coats still looks so patchy . Used roller and brush . It goes on better with roller but anywhere we used a brush looks horrendous . Now need to get another tin to finish . Which I begrudge at £35 a tin. Will not buy again after finishing this room

Dad has a life insurance policy with company - claim dealt with quickly and easily all over phone and claim settled quickly Would definitely use personally and recommend

Go elsewhere

Don’t bother are the only words I can say there are better companies out there who will settle claims in a timely manner without any hassle or distress . My dad had policies to cover his funeral costs ones Aviva, Legal and general and Asda over 50’s (LV) all paid and settled claim within 10 days over phone with no paperwork to complete or send - not so for SunLife 4 weeks later still not settled claim leaving us having to make several phone calls to chase. If dad had not had other policies I wouldn’t have been able to pay for his funeral - seeing how good the other companies are just shows SunLife will delay as long as possible to pay out claims - I definitely will not be using them in the future and will make sure I share our experience with friends and family - recommend any of the other companies above all were fantastic in dealing with claim. Oh and when you phone to claim and the voicemail says it would be better to have death certificate to hand as they may be able to process claim don’t listen - as soon as you need to make the claim make it even if you don’t have death certificate as it takes a week for paperwork to get to you
