The order was perfect, but the woman I collected from was very brash and rude.

Customer service is very difficult to access with regards to queries about a delivery. I live in a block of flats and they didn't leave a card when delivering to my neighbour when I was out, so I ended up searching the 13 other properties for my parcel as I couldn't get in touch with a real life person to ask which number they left it at. Wouldn't recommend until these service issues are fixed.
