Made an online order with next day delivery and they couldn't fulfil the order. They didn't advise that this was the case until 2 days later when they asked if I still wanted the order to be completed. I advised that I wanted a refund as they had taken the monies.

I was promised a refund within 5-10 working days and this was over 1 month ago.

I have chased 5 times with very minimal response, still no refund.

My query was responded to in a speedy fashion... much quicker than most online retail companies I have contacted. I dealt with a gentleman called Mark who was friendly, polite and professional! He answered any questions that I had with confidence and I could tell my his emails that he loved what he does - this often says a lot about a the company and the way that their business is run!
