I recently purchased a couple of Custom Taylormade Wedsges through Express Golf and the overall purchasing experience was very positive. I was kept informed of the progress of my orders by Andy. There was one issue whereby Taylormade didn't have the shaft I wanted and they shipped it with the nearest equivalent. Again Andy did make me aware of this and told me that if upon testing, I have any issues with the club, to let him know and they would try to sort something out.

Placed an order on 9th September. Received email confirmation of order received and then tracking information. Since then nothing has changed on the tracking information and the order doesn't seem to have gone anywhere.

I've contacted the company asking where the order is but yet to hear anything back. This is very disappointing seeing as though Final Putt are using YouTube influencers to promote their products and are being portrait as a decent company with decent products.

This seems to be a lie because with all the competition they are up against I am quite sure that you could get the same type of products with a quicker delivery and better communication in the event of an issue.

I would appreciate it if someone at Final Putt could take the time to look into my order and either get it expedited or sort out a refund for me. Thanks.

Edit: Since my initial review I have heard from FinalPutt and they have informed me of items shipping and provided further tracking information. As such I have amended the review to 4 stars. Thanks to those who are helping to keep me updated and for getting the order expedited.

Following a recent Titleist GT2 fitting I was fitted for a Hazrdus Black Gen 5 shaft. However, I was also hitting the ball well with the Tensei Blue 1k. So having purchased the club I decided to also buy the Tensei shaft separately. So I did a Google search and found the Pro Golf Shafts webiste. Having visited the site I found the shaft in 'Used - Excellent Condition.'

I did some die diligence on the website before deciding to go ahead with the purchase. Fron there I was notified promptly and the shaft arrived within 5 days or so of me making the purchase. There was a slight delay due to Royal Mail.

Any way, upon receiving the shaft, it arrived in mint condition as described. I am very happy and would definitely recommend the website.

Recently placed my first order for a shirt sleeved Boss shirt. Great price, with free and speedy delivery. Nicely packaged and very happy with the service. Will be likely to place more orders in the future with Robinsons.

I recently purchased a Ralph Lauren Polo Shirt. Generally, my online purchase experience was positive. Order was simple and delivery was quick. Great product.

Placed an order for Shimano 105 left shifter. Order arrived in the UK within 7 days or so. Really good service and exactly what I ordered. Really impressed.

So, it all started when I decided to upgrade my old aluminum Boardman bike. I did a bit of research and was initially going to upgrade to a Trek Emonda. However, when I was ready to buy, the colour I wanted wasn't in stock.

I did a bit more research and came across the Ribble Endurance SL Disc. It was the colour I wanted (Red) and after reading reviews and checking out further reviews on YouTube I decided it was worth investigating further.

It looked like a fantastic bike and so I called up Ribble directly to have a chat with them about the various options. I was really impressed with the initial Customer Service and had all of my questions answered efficiently.

It was also suggested that I use the online video option to see the bike and to chat with another one of the Ribble Team in the showroom. I called through and had a little tour of the showroom and had a closer look at the bike. Although I didnt have a great link, I was again impressed with the service provided by the guy at the showroom.

I then made another call in to Ribble to confirm sizing before placing my order. When it came to placing the order, I found the Customisation option really handy and made a few adjustments to suit my requirements. I placed the order and received a notification email and was kept up to date as to where my bike was in the bike build process. Again, I was very impressed.

Having placed my order, I made a late decision to upgrade my Handlebars to Carbon and again Ribble came up trumps. Allowing me to do this without paying an additional service charge which was great. I received my bike around two weeks later...

I had purchased a Torque Wrench and assembled the Handlebars and the seat post and then took my bike to a store so that they could fit the pedals I had purchased to go on the bike. I was then ready to ride and couldn't wait to get on the bike. It looks even better in person than what it does on the website by the way.

The bike is a classy ride and is much more responsive than my old bike. The gear changes are smooth with the Shimano 105 Group Set I chose and I could immediately tell this is a big upgrade compared to my previous Group Set. I also feel as though the aerodynamics of the bike make it easier to ride when heading in to wind. Seeing as though I live in Bournemouth that can only be a good thing.

All in all so far I am really happy with my new bike although it did take me a few rides to get used to my position on the bike. It's named Endurance but it does feel as though I am in more of a racy position when riding. This is probably due to a fairly long Top Tube and Reach to the Hoods. The bike looks fantastic and is great to ride.

I would like to finish my review by thanking the Team at Ribble for their support and for the Service they provided me in helping me to make my decision and purchase. For me, it was a big outlay in buying the bike and I am pleased that in the end I was able to buy from and support an English company. Keep up the great work Ribble.

I've ordered a few pairs of Trainers from Footasylum and have always been impressed with the service provided. Unfortunately, the last pair I had to return but the Refund was dealt with swiftly.

I went for a fitting for a Hybrid and ended up opting for a Driving Iron. Jack was very helpful with his advice and feedback and I ended up getting the right club for me. The custom fit really helped and Jack sent off the order to Ping. The club arrived around 10 days later.

I had a recent fitting for some new irons with Jack at the Bournemouth/Iford branch. Was a great experience and Jack was extremely helpful in suggesting certain types of irons and with the fitting process in general. Plus I learnt a few things as well. Anyone looking to get a new set of irons should definitely take advantage of getting a fitting. Waiting on my new irons from Ping and really looking forward to getting my hands on them when they come in.
