Dishonest, misleading and incompetent service. Virgin do not follow up on your requests and then claim they know nothing about it. On every occasion I’ve talked to Virgin representatives (waiting over 45 minutes each time) it was like talking to members of different companies... there is no consistently in approach and no sharing or effective logging of information or previous contact... which is very convenient for them!
Just so shocked how they manage to continue to run as a company with such incompetency!!
