Steer clear

Steer clear. Failed to supply V5 document or Service history for vehicle. Despite several weeks of asking. Fed up of the lies (in the post, I’ve been away, sending it now, you’ll have them tomorrow) and delaying tactics to cover for poor service, unprofessionalism and incompetence. Gives second hand car sales people a bad name.

Diabolical service!

Diabolical service!
I ordered a ring on 30th November 2019, in the belief, that I would get it in time for Christmas 2019, as the website said I would. Despite assurances and emails that I would definitely receive my ring in time of Christmas!, Christmas came and went. Still no ring. Trying to get information was exhausting, Customer services blaming the fact they had too many orders, back log, postage around Christmas. Who would figure? I then received the ring on 13th January 2020. The item was insecure and badly packaged. Driver stating "I received it like that". There was no "Free Gift", as promised when I purchased it. Had to contact them again. Overall, truly disastrous purchase. I did get a few pound off. But it came no where near to soothing my shopping experience!

No delivery or communication but money taken

Placed an order and paid for Express delivery. However when item was an hr from delivery, I checked my delivery notification only to see it was changed to "order recalled by sender". No explanation or communication from M and M. Tried ringing only to be told via a recorded message "due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot take your call try again later". Same 2 hrs later and no reply on email either. Bad service.

I am sorry you were unable to call us, this was due to our phone system being upgraded, however we are up to date with emails so if you have not already had a reply I am sure you will receive one today.
