We have just ordered our satellite broadband with Bigblu and found the customer services to be excellent; we had read all the online negatives but liked the company ethos and the fact that they haven’t farmed out all their call centre work to other countries- if that means it takes a few more minutes of waiting to get a quality service that’s fine with us- we dealt with Sam, he was very professional, answered all our questions, great communication skills, a real asset to their business! We can’t wait for our installation, Bigblu have sent the equipment on next day delivery so it won’t be long till we are online!! Again thanks a lot Sam for pulling out all the stops and going that extra mile- lets hope the internet is as good as the experience has been so far!!
