Faultless service, as usual.

Friendly, knowledgeable engineer. Great to have consistency where the same engineer as previous years attends and is familiar with the property and historical work carried out.

Failed to deliver twice.

I don’t know where the fault lies but the coat that I ordered did not arrive. When I queried this I was told by customer services that Royal Mail had lost the item. I elected for the order to be resent yet after not receiving it again was once again told that Royal Mail had lost it. On both occasions when using the supplied tracking reference the Royal Mail site stated that they were waiting to receive the item.
I lost confidence and requested a refund.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review and feedback. Apologies that we have not been able to fulfil both orders. We have launched an investigation with Royal mail for the missing parcels. Worth the trip.

The store had most of the things I was looking for and the prices were really good.
