I paid for next day delivery. One parcel took 2 days and I'm still waiting for the 2nd one. What's the point of paying for quick delivery and then it doesn't arrive

As with last time the heavy boxes were dumped at our gate. We are elderly and the gate is quite a distance from the house. We were told last time that tge matter would be discussed with the delivery firm. It has made no difference. They must ageist

As I'm off to Edinburgh to celebrate my birthday in the next couple of hours, it is unlikely you will be able to solve this problem. I have been using you for years but feel it is time to find someone more reliable. Peter has been very good and it is not his fault but I am disappointed with this.

I am really sorry for the disappointment we've caused with the delays in getting your delivery to you, especially when they were for such a special occasion. I can see that you contacted us about this and it has been passed to our delivery management team. I can advise that they have now escalated this delivery to our carriers and a member of our team will be in touch soon once we've received an update. The product is excellent and the business is really good, however their choice of delivery firm meant that the parcel was left by the side of an A road despite giving instructions when ordering. The road is about. Quarter of a mile away from the house and we are not a young couple

Thankfully, events like this are extremely rare but we will raise this incident with the courier concerned and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The parcels well left at the gate in the rain. All the cardboard had disintegrated. We are elderly and it was difficult to carry

Hello Dolores
I can confirm that we ask couriers to deliver to the customer directly however if you are not available then they can try and neighbour or return to the depot and reattempt another day. Deliveries should not be left unattended so I can only apologise that this was the case. I will ensure that this is fed back to the couriers to avoid this from happening again.
