I had a query as my voucher was taking…

I had a query as my voucher was taking longer than expected to arrive, I emailed activity customer support and a few hours later I received a reply from Erin and she was amazing. Arranged a replacement via evoucher and it was emailed to me within a day. I have to say that customer service was excellent. Thank you again, Erin.

I went to cala d'or, Majorca

I went to cala d'or, Majorca, as a solo traveller. Flight was lovely, crew were great and attentive. Was on the Stansted runway for a long time but it couldn't be helped. When arrived at Palma Airport the jet 2 staff were helpful and we were on our designated transfer coaches/minibuses very quickly. When I got to the hotel -Gavimar Cala Gran-the reception staff were lovely and I was soon in my room. Was spacious with a balcony. It was clean and plenty of space for all my clothes and toiletries ect ect. Cleaners were around every day. I have to say that the food wasn't as good as it could have been, I feel. There was plenty of choice but unfortunately it was Luke warm most of the time. The catering staff and waiters/waitresses were nice but it was just the food temperature a majority of the time that was off-that is the ONLY reason for a 4 star review instead of a five star. Hotel was literally a minute from the beach. Unfortunately, I went in April and wasn't aware that a lot of the activities didn't start until May. However, I managed a few things to do just not all I'd planned to do. The city centre has everything you could want to buy really and some lovely traditional restaurants and I took a walk to the Marina a few times as its beautiful there. The jet2 representative came in on the Thursday just to check that everything was OK and gave me my pick up information and advised me on what I could bring back with me through customs. I was picked up at the time stated and was dropped off at the airport where jet2 staff met us as soon as we got off the coach. We were through security quite quickly despite it being very thorough. I noticed there were disabled passengers and they were given special assistance. Once on the plane the safety information was given to everyone and then the pilot introduced himself and the crew over the pa system and we were soon airborne with no delays. Once the seat belt sign was off the cabin crew came along offering food and beverages. A little while later they came around offering duty free and I got aftershave and perfumes for my adult children - was an absolute bargain to be honest. Then after 2 and a half hours we touched down at Stansted and we were through passport control and security quite quickly and that was my holiday. Please don't let the hotel food put you off, there are lots of places to eat and very reasonably priced, Cala d'Or is a beautiful place...

The delivery man was extremely polite, professional and an absolute gentleman. He genuinely delivered the parcel with a smile.

The course was easily accessed

The course was easily accessed, fully funded, easy to understand and I got feedback from every module. I learnt so much on the understanding autism course. It wasn't about a qualification for me, I just wanted to understand my son better and I achieved that with this course-and also got my qualification, which was a bonus. There is ongoing support at all times and when I caught covid the course lady let me have a week off, which was a blessing. I highly recommend the skills network.

I had my service and mot last Friday

I had my service and mot last Friday. It was faultless pick up. My car needed work to pass the mot, Servicing stop rang me and gave me a price-very reasonable too-I accepted and the mechanics worked till nearly 10pm to ensure I had my car back that night. Really can't fault them, I've used servicing stop 2years now and won't go anywhere else.

Informed all the way from pick up to…

Informed all the way from pick up to drop off, and the driver went out of his way to take my parcel around to the rear of my premises on the next street-an absolute gentleman.

Absolutely excellent service

Absolutely excellent service, picked car up on time, I had full service and mot the garage jj's were fantastic. Needed work to pass mot,service stop rang right away and told me what was wrong, quoted me a price-exceptionally good price and didn't do it until they checked with me so no hidden costs. They carried out the work there and then and delivered my car back that same afternoon, can't fault them at all. Excellent service would highly recommend, I'll certainly be using them again.
