Utter utter Crap
We have itvx at home so I thought I’d get a smart tv for the caravan but it’s completely unusable. Tried getting in using the qr code no joy it just takes you to its website with nowhere to fill in the code your given. Sign in with the remote? Not a chance. So in summery don’t bother.

Works well, ideal for a child's room
Prompt delivery
The blinds are well made and easy enough to put together be it that the instructions are not great not least because the print is so small. Using a credit card to measure the position of the clips doesn't really work, better to offer the blind up and mark where the square holes are and fit the clips with the little nubs in line with the mark. My only criticism is that not enough small size 2 screws are supplied, only 8 per pack when ideally16 are required.

Refund policy?
Train cancelled at short notice because a collision with a bridge. Not their fault but not mine either. Ticket was £6.75 refund admin fee £5 😂 Really?
I take it back. The above was the policy on the app I did however get a full refund.

Really really bad customer service
I ordered the card and books in plenty of time for it to be delivered before my trip €30. It didn't arrive so I contacted ACSI and their rep Hector advised me to purchase the digital card another €17.95 and I would be refunded on my return. When I phoned I was told I had to return the parcel before they could refund me. £13.35 postage. One month later the parcel comes back with a Dutch return to sender label. I am told without a postal receipt still no refund. I emailed proof of posting, the address label I sent it to and the return to sender label to which Hector replied it still had my address on that's why it came back. The only visible label showing my address is the customs label. The main issue here is they did not get it to me on time in the first instance> THIER FUALT NOT MINE!!!

The best Garden Centre and Café for miles
The Garden Centre is so reasonable and the quality of the goods is outstanding but the jewel is the café great coffee lovely cakes with options for those with allergies. I shouldn’t be telling you this because they go so quickly but then sundried tomato scone is amazing and it even comes with flavoured butter.
The staff are all really smiley, helpful and accommodating.

Great customer service.
I inherited the Maxview system when I purchased my motorhome and I have been using it for two years trouble free. Last week it went offline so I contacted customer service who answered the phone in just a few rings and the operator talked me through downloading an update and installing it. All good. It's so rare to get this level of service. Thank you.
