Drove through some down pouring rain and could see good. Most of the time I did not even know it was raining at night until I passed under a lighted sign.

I ordered, received and put the grounding sheet on my bed almost 2 years ago. Maybe longer. They are just now asking me for a review. As I remember, I received promptly. I put it on and still use it today. (That is if my wife hasn't tripped on the cord and pulled it from the socket like I used to do. I have since gotten married, she sleeps on that side and while I explained it to her, who knows?) I never felt a benefit, but like I said, I se it because I "believe"

When I tracked my shipment (tracking number provided by UntilGone.com) it said the tracking could not be completed because it was shipped using counterfeit postage. (distressing, it was a gift, now I have to let giftee that they may not receive.) The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because it actually delivered to the giftee that day. Alls good that ends well? I had sent an customer service request and have not heard from them.

I understand that supply chains are broken, but if you advertise and sell an item, that item is already made and ready to ship. Don't print a label and call it shipped for a week. That is 100% B.S. Don't use COVID as an excuse, that is B.S. Don't lie about when a shipment gets scanned, pretending that the delivery service scans an item a week after they sent it on to the next station. Lie, Lie, Lie. That is where the credibility goes down the tubes. I have been a very, very long time customer. I know things take times on 3rd party shipments, just don't lie about it.

I can always trust Untilgone, been buying from them many years, even before they were bought. Shipping is not always fast, seem like today people want thinks ordered today, delivered tomorrow. I have never had an issue not receiving something I ordered, I just know be a little patient. I can't say the pricing is the lowest you can find anywhere, but it is lways close to the lowest, and all things considered, I know I will get what I ordered.

I ordered a part and within 10 minutes or less realized I did not need it. I sent an e-mail to cancel and also to the accounting office. The customer service e-mail got a response that they would "look at it" with 2 business days, the accounting office sent me a response about 4 days later saying it was too late, they had already shipped it. This order was placed on a weekend night, I find it hard to believe they couldn't intervene. The shipping cost was 2/3 the cost of the part. I will never do business with this company again and would have given zero stars if it was an option.

I have ordered maybe as many as 100 times. The only thing I can say is I wish the shipping was faster. But overall the price is fair and they always deliver!

Would be a 5 except some items take a long time to ship.
