Absolute waste of time! Customer service is non-existent! Avoid like the plague!

What an ABSOLUTE MESS!!!

This whole set up is an utter disaster. I would suggest you avoid making an application.
I applied and sent in proof of my professional status. I am a self-employed music teacher who is registered with a professional body in the U.K.
My application was refused.
Why I ask? Nobody could come forward and explain the reason why!
I also worked tirelessly through the pandemic - just like all other members of the teaching profession.
I sent an email asking to speak with a representative at Blue Light on the telephone to discuss the matter further.
I received a response ( after a lengthy wait) simply stating that they are unable to speak on the telephone. Absolutely pathetic to say the least.
It appears to me that Blue Light are completely happy to spend their time wasting the time of others.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish!!!

Unreliable!!!

Failed to add a note to my credit reference file despite being told that this would happen within 7 days.
Here I am 14 days later and still no note has been added!😒😔🙁

Hello, Gary. Sorry that you have had this issue. With the Free Experian account, you'll see and updated report every 30 days, so you won't see any changes made, such as adding a notice of dispute to the report, until your next report is due. If you do need to see an updated copy of your report in the meantime you would be able to order a free copy of your statutory report from our website. Thanks, Neil.

Unhelpful!!!

I suggest you give this place a very wide berth - they're happy to collect your premiums but will look for every loophole not to pay out in the event you submit a claim.

Absolutely Useless!!!

The supposed CIGA guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on.
Staff are rude and unhelpful.
This organisation needs to be thoroughly investigated by a higher power.
Absolutely appalling.

I would advise that you avoid this company at all costs.......they're happy to collect your premiums. In the event that you have to make a claim........God help you!

Look elsewhere. You'll end up regretting taking out a policy with Petwise! ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

Appalling Customer Service.

You've more chance of getting blood from a stone than getting a response to an email from this place. Absolute joke!

I would avoid at all costs.........a complete and utter waste of time!

Very Poor Service

I wouldn't recommend Corgi under any circumstances. They continually look for loopholes to avoid providing the customer with a proper service. I've had several negative experiences with Corgi. Very disappointing! ☹

After a delay due to some issues with…

After a delay due to some issues with communication on the part of a Corgi representative, the job was finally completed. I couldn't fault the electrician in any way whatsoever. I would suggest that the people responsible for answering the telephone were more closely monitored. I believe there may be some training issues.

Disgraceful Company!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I was sold a product that wasn't as advertised. Notino failed miserably in dealing with the issue.I have had to report the matter to Trading Standards.
I would strongly suggest that you avoid, at all costs, purchasing from Notino.

Pathetic!!!

Quite frankly I would suggest that you avoid this company like the plague. I have experienced nothing but problems from start to finish. I have been completely misinformed by customer service representatives who clearly do not have adequate training and, as a result, I have experienced extreme frustration. I would never recommend Domestic & General under any circumstances. Pathetic best describes their efforts!
