AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Self-employed and small businesses - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My experience with Microsoft has been horrendous throughout. It has been 32 days since I raised a case with Microsoft because I was unable to access my business email account. Since logging the problem it remains unresolved. It took them over 3 weeks to even respond and several days later I have still been unable to get this sorted. I have just been left on hold trying to get to speak to an 'engineer' for 1 hour 42 minutes. I have just given up waiting.

As a small business this is costing me clients and revenue. It also seems to be the standard for Microsoft - any kind of problem is a nightmare to get resolved. If you are a small business owner / self-employed DO NOT use Microsoft - they will destroy your business.

Rude, disrespectful and unhelpful

By far the worst 'customer service' I have ever had the misfortune to be on the receiving end of.

I contacted TW about the more than 100% increase in our water bill. My goal was to understand why it had increased so much. The operative I spoke with was consistently rude, disrespectful and unhelpful throughout the call.

At the start of the call he asked how I preferred to be addressed. I said my title and surname would be fine. He told me he could not do that and could call me by my surname (without the title). I was so taken aback I said he'd better use my first name then. He then proceeded to call me by a different first name on a number of occasions, despite my repeated corrections.

He was unable to explain to me how our bill had increased over 100% despite my asking him to try communicating the information in a different way that made sense (the numbers literally didn't add up!) His response was to talk over me and raise his voice. When I asked him not to shout he denied it. In the end (34 minutes later) I gave up, wished him a good day and put the phone down - he was still talking over me as I did so.

I am now composing letters to TW (plus a formal complaint), OFWAT, my MP and CCW to express my deep concern over bill rises (everyone I have spoken to has experienced a rise of 100% or more) and the repeated failures of TW to address leakage issues and the number of environmental incidents it causes, whilst still paying massive sums to share holders and senior staff.

I think it's time to admit the experiment of monopoly privatised water companies has failed.

Awful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Awful. Avoid at all costs.
I've never reviewed a company here before and certainly have never given a bad review for a company, but I felt compelled to to in this case. Ordered their heated gloves after seeing them recommended in Reader's Digest Online. They took over a week to arrive. I followed the instructions and looked forward to having warm hands on my early morning walk... only to find the gloves don't work! They barely get warm and make no difference at all on a cold day. Regular knitted mittens are better. No wonder they are always on sale! Getting hold of someone to find out how to return is a challenge and the cost to return them (which the customer has to pay) is astronomical because they are based in China (not made clear on the website anywhere I could see) They offered me a 15% refund and I have now taken that as I can't be bothered to waste more time and money on this. Their 4.5 star reviews on the website are clearly fake. In summary? Absolutely awful company. Product doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.

Ongoing saga with a missing delivery…

Ongoing saga with a missing delivery that went on for almost 4 weeks. Eventually my order arrived after a nightmare trying to get hold of someone who actually cared and understood why promising to deliver by a certain date, and then failing to do that might be a problem.

If 0 stars were possible...
I placed an order on 21st May 2023 and had notification of dispatch on 26th May. The items never arrived. I waited and waited, but nothing. I emailed YouGarden Customer Services on three occasions (no response) and eventually phoned (finding a contact number was a challenge in itself!) on Wednesday 7th June only to be told my order had been delivered. Interestingly, the delivery company tracking did not agree and said the parcel had yet to be collected from YouGarden. The operative I spoke to at YouGarden was dismissive and bordering on rude. I then received an email today from another operative at YouGarden again telling me the order had been delivered (unlikely since my partner and I both work from home...) and still, the delivery company tracking does not agree. I have now given up and requested a refund so I can go elsewhere. I await a response....

I placed my order three weeks ago and…

I placed my order three weeks ago and have not yet received it. I've had a confirmation of the order, but no updates on when it might arrive. Given this was ordered as a gift, it is disappointing.

Lots of potential

Some confusion with repeat prescriptions and very difficult to get through on the phone, but when you do get through very helpful and friendly staff.

A lot of potential if they can sort out the process and considerably easier and more efficient than waiting at the chemist.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience you have experienced with your orders.

Looking at your account, I can see your GP has issued a batch of prescriptions called repeat dispensing prescriptions, we hold these on file until you contact us to place an order.

There are two separate batches of prescriptions and when you placed your request recently, one of these prescriptions had not downloaded onto your account, causing a request to be sent to your surgery for one of the items.

Going forward, when you are due to place a request, please email us and confirm the medication you require, we will then release the relevant prescriptions to be dispensed.
