Absolutely terrible service. My package was left on my doorstep before 8am this morning. No email tracking to confirm or anything. Very bad customer service. The package was very valuable and it was just left on the doorstep. I will be making a complaint to the company regarding shipping with Fastway. I’ve only ever had terrible experience with Fastway.

I wish to make a complaint regarding your courier Fastway for Irish deliveries. The driver left the package (which was a large box) behind my car as i was in the shower when he called. i have had this problem on several occasions with Fastway with other deliveries and i'm sick of it. I am more than happy to go the depot to collect my package if i am not there when he calls. If it had been stolen, who would be responsible. There is one driver that deals with my area of Limerick and i know him so next time this happens i will take it further. i have tried complaining to Fastway but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. please re consider your
