They will not give you immediate…

They will not give you immediate payment within 15 minutes, dont fall for their lies in their advertisements, this is the first and last time i use this company, i will stick to Wewantanycar.com they are simple, straightforward and pay a better valuation.

Got a quote online and it said to call…

Got a quote online and it said to call theiŕ number, when i first called on tuesday, the man made out he couldnt hear me then hung up when it came to asking the history of the car, i dont know if it was because it was 7.06pm and they finish at 7.30pm maybe they wanted to rush home?? i tried calling back and no answer, i pressed the call back option and heard nothing, i got an email saying we tried calling you back when they never, liars
I have been calling various times throughout the day since tuesday and each day i have waited over an hour and no answer, i have even pressed 1 for the callback option every day and i have heard nothing, i dont think anyone is working in the call centres it looks like they are having a skive! I have even emailed them on 2 email addresses i found of theirs yesterday and nothing!

This has gone on too long
The vehicle i was originally interested in i put a deposit on at 3/7/22, next day i get a phone call to say it was already reserved and there was a system error with the website that it let me reserve it when it was already reserved.
I looked on the website to see if there was anything i liked but couldnt find anything so asked for my deposit to be refunded.
I was told it may take 5 days to arrive in my account i waited over 2 weeks and got back in contact on the 19th.
I was told it wasnt released and supposedly the man refunded it as we spoke on the 19th
I phoned again 3 times this week and whoever dealt with me was fairly new and was going to discuss with her colleague and call me back
I havent heard back sincce
I have contacted the branch various times now regarding my deposit.
Looks like as soon as they have ur money u wont see it again.
I am glad i bought my vehicle off evans halshaw and not these scam artists!

Please purchase a printer from a company whose customer service is willing to help you

bought a printer from tesco in November 2020 and I have a 1 year warranty with it. On March it stopped printing, all that was coming out was blank pages even though the ink cartridge was full. I tried disconnecting it to my devices and WiFi and I still had no luck. Tesco customer hotline said ive to contact hp directly to resolve the issue. The girl at first spent 1 hour with me trying to fix it and no luck so she said she will send out a replacement last week. 2 days later I get a email from UPS delivery service saying they will deliver my printer. I was home all day and got no email so next day I checked my tracking number and it said delivered around 1pm and left outside the door. I contacted UPS on the matter and questioned why was my door not knocked when I was home and nothing has arrived. I live in a flat and it wasnt delivered to the other neighbours. They said they will investigate the matter and get the driver to go back to the place they delivered the replacement printer. I have not heard from UPS since. I contacted HP to let them know and they said they will contact UPS and ask their supervisor if another replacement can be sent out and that a lady called Valerie will contact me the same or next day. Surprise surprise, Valerie never contacted me. I did get a email yesterday saying I've to contact them, so I replied to the email and it didn't go through so I phoned. I explained the situation to the advisor on the phone again and he put me through to Valerie (who I dont think was aware that she was meant to contact me). She put me on hold and contacted UPS. She said they are investigating the matter and it may take 8-10 days and that she cant help me further. I asked who would contact me, Valerie said HP and UPS should update me. I've not had any updates at all, I doubt they will even bother. I asked if there is a name for a manager, she said there is no manager. Sorry but I dont believe for a minute that a big company doesn't have a manager in their department. I then asked if there was
a supervisor, Valerie replied yes but they are currently out of reach, without even providing a name. So there's no manager but theres a unnamed supervisor that is out of reach.
If any supervisor or manager is reading this, this is a sign that your staff Valerie did not want to share those details with me as she knew she was useless.
What a waste of time and atrocious customer service. I've never had to deal with such a unprofessional company. This experience was terrible i was passed on from advisor to advisor, given false hope and staff dont even bother contacting you. I need the printer ASAP and if it was delivered to the right address I would have had it a week today.

Please shop elsewhere where customer service is helpful
