I have reported yo Guinness Partnership…

I have reported to Guinness Partnership guys smoking weeds inside and outside our block smashed the glass door damaged the communal door Spitting all over that area.
This issue has been here for last at least 6 months without any solution from the Guinness Partnership, every time I call I will be assured to receive callback but never received any???
This is the worst company stay away from it!!!

The booking did not go through but…

The booking did not go through but increased the price!
The payment taken from my credit card, annoying.
Cannot speak to customer service, as we don't have bookings reference!

Reception lady fara and Paul made us change our mind from 0 star to 5 star.
Please improve communication between customer and repair centre and make sure repairer do call back customer to update????????

Stay away from flightcatchers

Refund is due to flight one side was not used.
No response from customer service.
