Found the company to be very helpful. The bed we bought is excellent quality and it’s looks amazing. The only thing I found annoying is the central support legs are plain wood and don’t match the bed frame. Maybe some can’t see them but I can from the stairs and the landing. Maybe they’ll think again on future makes.

Perfect fit. Didn’t even need to shorten them.

The driver, for the second time, dumped the package outside the gates in full view of all cars and passers by. Didn’t ring the bell. Just dumped and left. Very unprofessional.

Excellent saucepans. Not too je y and very fast boiling.

Was easy to make an appointment with nice staff. Engineer lets us know when he was close to us and arrived in time. Did a great job.
Only one downside I’m afraid high put a damper on it. I need a new piece of trim which is scratching the cupboard. Only £15 to buy but £160 to fit it.!! Not impressed.

My package was left on the roadside outside the gates in full view of passing traffic. Really bad customer service. I’m surprised it was still there when I checked.

As usual my package was thrown over the 6ft gates. I was in but the driver couldn’t be bothered to ring the bell.

As usual your driver never rings the bell at the gate. Just drops the parcel over the top of 2 metre gates. So far only got a broken hanger. Just would never order something breakable if you were delivering.

Packages never arrive on time. Only if it’s a paid delivery day. Usually it’s thrown over the gate. Or as the driver calls it ‘left in your porch’ We don’t have one and the front door is 30 metres away. He must have a damned good right arm.

I have ordered items from three different companies that use your services. Your driver so far has not managed to deliver on time. All I get is emails saying he’s delivering today between 11/1.00. Then another email to say no he’s not it will be between 2/4.00. Then there was a problem he will let us know tomorrow when he can deliver. This happens every time and it takes about three days. When he does actually deliver he says he’s left it in the porch (3 times) We don’t have a porch. If we did he would have to have a strong arm as the house is 30 metres from the front gates which are 2metres high and locked. He never rings the bell he just throws them over the gate. The last two packages have been soaking wet. Thankfully there was nothing made of glass. I have complained to you and the companies I have ordered from with photographic evidence. Nothing has happened.
