Can’t fulfil delivery times
Placed an order 1st Feb and told it would be with me in a maximum of 10 days. Had a notification from Royal Mail that the sender has advised it’s been dispatched 3 days ago and nothing.
Reached out to their chat, who was quick to tell me the order has been fulfilled and to check my emails to see my expected order date. When I pointed out it says a maximum of 10 days, nothing. Apparently, they were checking with Royal Mail, but it’s now past office hours so I won’t get a response at all, even though I reached out with plenty of time for them to do something earlier.
This was a valentines gift and was meant to be special, but instead I’m left with nothing to give and no response.
I wish I’d listened to the other reviews talking about wait times, but I’d hoped it was purely because it was Xmas. Apparently they have a habit of making false promises all year long!
