Long waiting time for appointments

As a previous interpreter, I was bullied and abused both morally and financially. For low pay, I never refused any job. Despite that one malicious, stupid patient reported me without any explanation. Then I was suspended for no reason for no explanation after 10 years of service as an award winner. This kind of incompetent evil should pay the price

If you cannot find the address, you face a chargeback. Finding homes is a big challenge and costly. It goes from your date, and the hourly rate used to be £14. You spend at least one hour to go and one hour to come back, and you work for one hour plus your expenses for £14 or £16!!!!

They started with the conveyancing process on 1st July 2024 and on 13th September asked for unrealistic documents such as dead contributors' addresses telephones emails and other documents. A lot of documents were provided however they had decided earlier to walk away. This was followed by an abortive recent bill waiting for payment. My concern is why they didn't raise their concerns at the beginning of July and left it too late.
Also, they are very arrogant, They never acknowledge that they receive anything. I asked for some documents from them a week ago but they have yet to respond.

I asked there is 200% increase in the service charges in 2 years

Do I have to pay all the amount the landlord demands
