Would give zero stars if I could ….. terrible experience from what I thought would have been a reputable high street name when we took out the travel insurance policy but turned out it’s a scam and administered by a broker (TIF group) trading off the name BOOTS …. Took out the policy in good faith before a holiday that finally got cancelled due to covid but we wouldn’t have been able to travel at the time when the holiday was due to take place due to family members needing to self isolate and therefore couldn’t travel. Tried to claim against travel insurance as was getting no where with travel company only to be told by “Boots” that as covid was unknown of before the pandemic it was “not covered” and therefore not included. I asked the TIF agent where it stated that it was not covered or where it stated it was excluded only to be told that they couldn’t put everything on the policy document for conditions that were not included ….. so scam as anything could therefore be claimed as not included if that were the case. They were quick to offer me a refund on the premium, unsurprising as this would then absolve them of any liability, but point blank refused to consider any claim for being unable to travel due to covid related isolation. Poor service and typical insurance red tape used to get out of claims …. Will never use boots again and will spread negative views of this company going forward …… like most insurance they only want customers who pay premiums on policies they never need to claim on …… avoid at all costs

Fantastic service ...... Ford Focus CC3 (2011) had since new and radio lost code due to battery change ...... used code that came with car only to find it was the wrong code ..... found freeradiocode.co.uk online and they provided me with the correct code ..... brilliant

Absolute scam outfit ..... booked package holiday with them for holiday in March 2020 which was cancelled due to CV19. They refused refund saying their suppliers don’t give refunds but still had my money as they could miraculously use money to rebook another holiday for following year if you gave them even more money !!! They said flights would be refunded but still not paid even this back even though RyanAir have refunded them ...... calls to india call centre to speak to various people all with English first names but can hardly speak English results in pointless discussion on how they will need to call me back in 2hrs but then never do ..... still no refund or even partial refund of flight costs 6months later ...... fraudulent scam company ..... avoid at all costs

Would have made this 0 stars if possible ..... been trying for over a week now to get to speak to someone regarding cancelled flight refund but can’t get beyond engaged tone ..... online doesn’t recognise flight number and app just says error applying for refund and then directs you to online again to unrecognised. Never had any problems when it was me giving them money !!!! Will never use RyanAir again after this and just hope I get my hard earned money back one way of the other 😡

Switched to smart meter with utility warehouse and got a home display that was supposed to tell me how much gas and electric I use ........ doesn’t work !!!

Hardly ever connects and if it does it only connects to electric for a short amount of time then loses connection again ....... never connected to gas !!!!

Called the helpline and after an age being passed from pillar to post eventually spoke to someone who said they would look into it ....... guess what ....... nothing ...... no call back no problem fixed still no connection

All in all a very poor customer service if you have an issue and need to speak to someone ....... can’t wait for contracted period to end so I can switch
