Evri courier failed to pick up my parcel, claiming I was not in. This is incorrect, I waited in all day and my door cam did not show anyone approaching the property all day. I assume that he went to the wrong address.
Evri notifiedme that the parcel would be picked up the next day. This did not happen, with no communication from Evri at all.
I requested a callback from customer services and recieved an email instead, telling me my parcel would be picked up by 10am yesterday. Nothing. No communication at all.
I emailed customer services and was told my case was being handled by someone else who would be in touch shortly.
End of the day, no communication at all.
How difficult can it be?
They even reply to negative reviews with identical, probably automated, responses. Customer service? I think not.

The cut pieces fit perfectly and delivery was fairly swift, within the given timescale.

Advised delivery window in advance and delivered within it.

Booked a boiler service but subsequently found a leaking radiator valve.
When the engineer arived he assessed the problem and was able to fit a new valve.
I did have to pay the usual excess for this, but it saved time in having to call out a repair.

Tracking time in the app was off by 2 hrs, otherwise, delivery was good.
Driver was helpful.

It was a simple order, but easy to execute.

I replaced and old Next Base dashcam that has finally died. I was impressed with the old one, so opted to stay with Next Base.
The information, including online assistant, made it easy to chose a replacement Ordering was also easy.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the necklace was superb, in my view.
Unfortunately, the recipient did not think the colour matched her dress, so had to return it.
The return was very easy and I recieved my refund very quickly.

I have been with Octopus Energy for several years now and I am happy with the 100% renewables energy mix for electricity and do not want to switch.
I did decided to change to a fixed tariff going forward and it was very quick and simple to do.

I used this firm because of the 5 star rating and the specialisation in settlement agreements.
They are very slick and professional and made the whole process very easy and quick.

After a bad start at a different Howdens branch we were persuaded to have another go with Howdens at South Croydon where we met the lovely Bev.
Bev was energetic and knowledgeable and advised us on how to reinvigorate our outdated kitchen.
We went through a number of iterations, which must have been frustrating for Bev, before finalising on what kitchen we wanted.
It took some time from starting the process to setting a start date for installation. Bev was helpful throughout.
Howdens worked well with our fitter and everything went smoothly.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Howdens to anyone looking for a new kitchen and particularly advise them to use Bev to help design it.

The cutlery is beautiful and high quality. The follow up and care advice was excellent.

Prosecco was very good. Price and delivery also good.

The doctor limits order time to 7 days on advance, so not a great deal of time to arrange the prescription and delivery.
To date, they have delivered in time for use.

They delivered two boxes of wine outside of my porch without knocking (we were in). This was because there was a broken bottle of wine that had soaked through the box.

I ordered a yoga mat. It said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. On the 6th working day I sent an email to say that it had not arrived and within the hour I had a message back saying that they had tried to track my mat and it had been lost and they were sending another one by express delivery. 2 days later the mat arrived by special delivery. I was impressed. Today another yoga mat arrived (obviously the missing mat). I informed Core Balance and they told me I could keep them both. The company have been extremely helpful and would recommend them.
